Return and Exchange Policy

Returns Policy:

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible for a return:



  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Custom-made products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team with clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.


Please note: Shipping fees for returning damaged items will be covered by American Jacket Shop.

Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges on all items except for custom-made products. To exchange an item:



  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer you a credit or the option to choose another product of equal value.


For size or color exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us, and we will cover the shipping costs of the new item sent to you.

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:

  • Custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or washed will not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at info@sleekhide.com with your order number and details of the return or exchange.
  2. For damaged products, include photos of the defect.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label for damaged items.
  4. For exchanges, please specify the new size or item desired.

Refunds:

Refunds for damaged or defective returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method ((e.g., PayPal or Bank Account). within 7-10 business days.
